Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer from the business perspective. Serve as a liaison between the business user groups and the project team by assisting the customer in identifying, understanding, and documenting their business needs. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. |

Requires 10 plus years of experience in the areas of Warranty, Product Support and Customer Service
Proven experience as a business systems analyst in a large company working on complex and mission critical systems
Experience developing business processes and recommending solutions
Experience in business and systems analysis
Business requirements gathering and documentation writing experience.
Experience with using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Rational Suite (Requisite Pro, ClearQuest, ClearCase); Knowledge of Rational Unified Process (RUP)
Experience creating UML Use Case Diagrams
Experience with Training and Technical writing
Experience in leading JAD (Joint Application Development) sessions
