2010 4CS User Group Meeting on March 2nd in Los Angeles, CA


4CS User Group meeting in Los Angeles on March 2nd 2010 is now only two months away.

Full day user group meeting

Based on your suggestions, we have expanded the user group meeting to be for the whole day instead of half day.  The user group meeting will now start at 10AM PST and continue until 5PM PST with 1 hour break at 12PM PST.

Customer Presentations

We are also excited to share that we will have multiple customer presentations on their use of 4CS Software.  E.g. AGCO will be sharing their experience deploying and using 4CS iSupport software globally.  Two iWarranty customers will also be sharing their use and experience over the last few years

Ease of Use of the Software

Based on all of your input, 4CS product team has been working to improve the usability and user experience with our software.  We will be demonstrating the new User interface capabilities at the user group meeting in addition to updating you on the new release and product roadmap.
