Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America to rely on 4CS iWarranty software for Fleet Management Services

EAST MOLINE, IL, May 1, 2006 - 4CS, the leading provider of intelligent warranty software applications, announced that Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America (MCFA) has selected 4CS iWarranty software to manage Fleet services in addition to Standard and Extended Warranty.

Bill Buckhout, Vice President of Fleet Management Services, shared the primary business driver was FMS’ rapid growth. “We just outgrew our existing home grown systems. MCFA was implementing iWarranty to meet their dealer needs and 4CS’ web-based warranty system will meet and exceed our needs.
