EAST MOLINE, IL, October 3rd - 4CS, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent warranty software applications, today proudly announces that Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Asia, based in Singapore, (“MCFS”) a leading manufacturer of material handling machinery has selected the 4CS iWarranty solution to manage its warranty lifecycle processes. MCFS will be implementing the eClaims and Reporting modules to be hosted in America and rolled out to dealers across Asia , Oceana, Australasia and Southern Africa .

Mike MacPhail, General Manager Parts & Service comments; “We want a simpler, more user friendly process for our dealers. iWarranty will greatly improve data accuracy through sophisticated validations, and as a result we expect to reduce claims processing time significantly, thus freeing up staff for more customer focused activities.”

MCFS will be able to leverage the knowledge gained from its sister subsidiary in America (MCFA) which has been running iWarranty for over a year with great results. Mike continues; “by integrating iWarranty globally we gain synergies, and are able to improve our professionalism even further. It's part of our overall business intelligence plan that focuses on ‘ease of doing business' and customer satisfaction initiatives.”

Following the experience of his American counterparts, Mike is able to predict; “We expect the iWarranty solution will enable us to reduce the overall cost of warranty outright and as a percentage of sales, firstly by reducing errors and omissions and secondly through improvements to product quality. iWarranty provides better visibility of product issues enabling us to identify problems and correct them more quickly.”
